I have brand new Airpod Pros and they work great and connect to all my devices, but every time I try to talk on Zoom, the people I'm talking to always say my voice sounds almost robotic and scratchy, and breaks up a lot. I think this issue only occurs on Zoom, and I don't know why it happens.

It appears that you're having an issue with your AirPods audio on Zoom calls. You mentioned that this only happens while on Zoom calls. Have you tried using the AirPods on different devices when using Zoom? You can also try deleting the app and adding it again.
