Apple pay

The card that I always use to pay iCloud is not working. The card has money available and is not expired. I got a new phone 2weeks ago. Could this be the problem? This is the card I want to use.

Then see -- If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support.

Are you getting any kind of error messages with this current card, e.g. payment declined?

Yes, payment declined. Not sure why? There is money in the account.
