iPhone 12 Pro Speaker Sounds

I happen to be in agreement with you. It sounds like the music is played "higher"... in comparison to my iPhone 7 Plus, which you can hear more bass and the music sounds... deeper... vs the 12 Pro which sounds higher, less bass, and a bit softer.

To confirm, the audio quality of a call sounds fine when you are not using speakerphone? If so, did the steps in the article we provided help at all with what’s happening?

honestly, after having the phone for a few weeks, I think the sound maybe a bit better than the iPhone 7plus, I think there's more depth, like if music has some bass, you can hear it, it's hard to explain... but I still think the sound is not as loud as my other phone...

I’ve had my iPhone pro 12 out of the box for three days. Speaker phone calls, face time calls - the speaks quality is junk. It crackles with static and doesn’t sound good.using and tv shows the sound quality is very poor too. There’s no base and it hurts my ears. I can’t believe my iPhone 6 was better quality... what did I just pay for? Isn’t the new versions supposed to have everything improved??

Exactly the same issue. The base is not deep, the sound is more high pitched and no depth. Not easy on the ears when listening to music. The callers voice sounds almost electronic be it on call or loud speaker. Really disappointed.

I have to say I am disappointed with the sound quality of my iPhone 12 pro, I previously had the iPhone SE 2020 and it sounded better, cleaner. My iPhone 12 pro sounds like it’s Far away and very tiny. I thought it was just me, but my sister just got the 12 pro and she brought up the sound quality too

Exactly the same here, Iam not sure if its the new iPhone 12 Pro Sound or I should return it because of the speakers.. Are there more infos about other costumers noticed this?

I am having the same issue when the phone is on speaker or FaceTime the sound quality is terrible I can sometimes barely make out what the person on the phone is saying.

Same. It’s alright for calls, but it’s no good for playing music. My 6s was much better. There is no bass on my 12 and when turned up it does sound tinny.
