Re-download discontinued app

I’ve upgraded to the iPhone 12 pro. I have an app on my iPhone 7 (Keenai) that transferred over to my new phone, but will not open. When I click on it, it says “App is no longer available in the App Store”

Is there any way to re-download this app?

How to remove a third party iPhone app and download a fresh copy I have been using an app (WW) for a long time and I believe something has gotten corrupted as it no longer works as it should. I'm not sure how long ago this happened, but I have tried deleting the app and turning off the phone several times. When I download the app again, I get the same problems. I have also cleared the cache various times on the iPhone 13 Pro X. I'd like to know if there is something else I need to do to clear out any remnants of that app before trying to reinstall it. Any help would be appreciated.

Recently deleted app - trying to re-download from app store I recently deleted a couple of apps from my iPhone X (iOS 14.4.1) - when I try to re-download from app store it says "open" rather than the "get". When I go to "my purchases" in app store - same situation, it says "open" - yet the app does not appear on my home screen. It's as if the app is still on my iPhone but app icon not on my home screen. Any help / tips appreciated !

If the app is no longer available in the App Store, there is no way to obtain or use it.
