How to cancel iCloud storage on an old work iPhone I no longer have

I have a new job and turned in my old work iPhone, then I remembered I had the $.99 per month iCloud storage on that account, how do I cancel it

You can cancel it on a Mac (in fact downgrading to the free 5GB level), or on a Windows PC once you have installed iTunes (free). Please see:

If you don't happen to have any other Apple devices or a PC with iCloud on it, you will have to reach out to Support -- Get Support.
