iBooks store

i recently switched from the UK App Store to the Nigerian App Store and there is a huge disparity in the offers in the iBooks store.

Why are the offers so poor compared to other regions? This forces customers to seek alternative sources for books and low purchases in the local App Store. I saw a complaint here on this since 2013 and this is still a problem in 2020 and I would like to know why?
