the storage (16 GB) on the is phone is LOW .
but with limited use it use to worked.
now with every new software upgrade the storage
SYSTEM + OTHER HVE GONE TO 16 GB.
HOW CAN I LOWER THOSE VALUES??
I was hoping that the entire process goes smoothly however you have run into an issue that needs to be addressed.

The only way you can create free storage space by deleting data. You will find that most of the space will be taken up by media files (Photos and Videos).

The phones got disconnected & the problem is not solved.
I still have very little memory left.
the phone has 16 GB memory.
I have deleted most of running APPs
Now the status is
OTHERS is using 9.7 GB
SYSTEM IS USING 5.54 GB
I can not do any thing about this?
Please help!

It appears that your deleted data is trapped in the "OTHER" category and still exists on your iPhone.
Please follow the instructions in this guide published by Apple ➔ How to Clear OTHER Category on your iPhone.

Following the instructions On . I was able to download the I-6 Plus to my PC
Than Reset /Erased the phone
started the back up from pc
after a few setting the phone frozen
it is frozen now on
"support.apple.com/iphone/restore"
