I can’t receive iMessage notifications from one certain person

I can’t receive iMessage notifications from this person they are not blocked however when they send text messages I get the notifications I’ve updated twice since iOS 14 and nothing a has changed someone help!!!!!

Open the message thread with that individual. Then go to the top and tap on their name. Tap on Info, and then check Hide Alerts. Turn that off.
