Restore Whatsapp to iphone

My whatsapp was recently hacked and I lost all photos, video and some conversation after reinstalled whatsapp. I have backup from PC but I am afraid that if I click restore and all my phone setting, photo, apps will be back to the setting in half year ago (i.e. some photos may be lost). Is it possible to restore whatsapp message and photos only back to my iphone via itune or other alternative?
