Flickering Screen

Recently my macbook pro screen has been flickering and the colours seem quite distorted. I've also realised that there is somewhat an overlay of old browser tabs but not from my user account but the secondary user account.

I'm just a bit worried my computer may black out soon and during this pandemic I won't be able to go out to get it fixed.
