Power adapter confusion!

So, what power adapter can I use for the new Apple Watch? 20W USB-C? 10-5W?

yes and a bit no,

devices are made to charge by a maximum current so there is a max limit of how high a current it will draw no matter how much watt the charger is able to provide

watt = Volt (in this case 5) * amps drawn

so if the watch and cable was made to draw a max of 1amp then

a 5watt would be enough, in which case getting a 20watt will not make it faster,

but if it was made to draw a max of 2amps then it would charge slow with a 5wattt charger
