The idiot who created this message, email, web page or popup obviously doesn't know there's no such thing as a Trojan Virus. It's one or the other. Two entirely different types of malware.

Anyway yes, a complete scam. The main reason I responded was to ask what the scam is insisting you install. There have been a number of these over the past year or so where the scam is to get you to purchase a specific, useless software title from the App Store. We fellow users (level 6 or higher) have been reporting these to the forum hosts so they can move it up the chain to get the app and developer banned from the App Store.
