Is suggestions and information in Siri Knowledge and suggestions based on my former use?

Not literally on your former use of Siri app but a much more personal approach like how you use your phone and some other things that it can learn about you (which is basically all inside your phone).

The reason I ask is because I am having some strange things happen with my phone, seem like glitches? Reading , attempting to find out what is causing my issues, I come across information saying that my phone being jailbroken was a possibility?
Now I have heard this term “jailbroken” before, but have no idea what even meant? The same information said to see if your phone was “jailbrioken” to go to the search page and type in “Cydia”, if an app pops up then the phone is jailbroken .
i did that and sure enough , in Siri Suggesting and Knowledge it showed up. So, I know I had never heard the term “Cydia” before, so I didn’t know if that was implying that I visited this website ? Is this app a standard response for Siri?
I am not really familiar with these stuff since I am not that tech person. But I did a quick search on Google and found the following:
