This is a user to user forum. You are not addressing Apple. As users, like yourself, we did not take anything from your account.

Do note, that subscriptions do no just randomly start. You had to do something yourself to initiate it and get charged even if you were not aware of it. Like downloading an app that had a free trial you never canceled for example.
