my warranty and apple care is about to get expired on 25.jan.2021.
does anyone know how can I extend it?

Are you speaking of the one year standard AppleCare plan which is on every iPhone? Or are you asking about AppleCare+ which you had to purchase within 60 days of buying your phone? If you didn't purchase AppleCare+ within the specified time frame, you can't extend the standard one year warranty.
