Problem

Hi, Apple charged me 169 rubles for a music subscription , but it still doesn't work . When you go to the "subscriptions" section, Tode writes that the subscription is not enabled

To start, check your purchase history to make sure it’s tied to the Apple ID you’re currently using: See your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and more


If it is, follow these steps to cancel it: See or cancel your subscriptions


Should the issue persist, contact Apple Support.
