Itunes edit artist info

I would like to edit artist info for some of the albums I have stored in I tunes WITHOUT CREATING MULTIPLE ITEMS - see attachment.

It used to be simple but now this menu pops up!

(I`m using Windows 10 64 bit system)

Can anyone help - I`m tearing my hair out here!!

iTunes not saving info or keeping Media folder organized I'm using iTunes Version 12.11.0.26 for Windows and having problems with song names and info. I have the "Keep iTunes Media Folder Organized" box checked in my preferences, yet it's only adding track numbers to the beginning of some of my song titles after I enter the song number in the info. It's also not saving other info in the tags like the title, etc. It works for some songs but not for others and doesn't appear to have any rhyme or reason to it. How do I fix this?

Album Artwork - Cant Delete Im having some issues and as I have now just upgraded from MacOS 10.13: High Sierra to the new MacOS 10.15: Catalina and im finding the new layout of iTunes and photos strange as for the past 10 years I have been using the much older versions. The problem im having is with my playlists on iTunes with album artwork. When I was using the old iTunes and putting stuff into my playlists I could go into "Get Info" and rename the track, Put the Year, Genre, Artist, Album and any other info I wanted. Now if I add a track / song to my playlist I can not delete the album work that comes with the track where as before I could. I have not seen anything online about this or how to do it and its now becoming a PITA. I have clicked, Doubled clicked, two finger clicked and even plugged a mouse into my MacBook to try that but it does not give me the delete option like it did before. When I do click on it there is a grey box that highlights round the artwork as seen in the picture below.

iTunes Creating "Album" For Individual Songs Ok, this is driving me nuts. When I import music from a folder just loaded with random songs, some with even just one song from an artist, it's creating an album for each song (or multiples from the same artist) it in the "Album" section. The main reason I don't want it is because I like to go there and play actual albums from start to finish. All I want in the Album section is full albums. This is for a PC, which it seems I can get zero support for... Thanks in advance.
