I can't find the health app on my Apple watch. What does it look like?

I need help finding which app is the "health" app on the Apple watch

I am trying to add an emergency contact and I follow instructions

to open the "app" and tap the "profile" icon

I do not have an app that gives me that option

Where do I find it? I only have a "health tracker" that follows

my daily activity, but it does not have any options to

alter my profile or an medical details or emergency contact.

What does the "health" app look like?
