How can I solve this?
Remember that a cable that works fine for charging may not work to transfer data.
Try to use the cable that came with your phone if you can.
If that doesn't work, try reaching out to Apple Support directly:
Problem is solved. The WIFI/GPS antenna installed in the bottom of the iPhone had a hardware issue. It has been replaced and everything i good.
Thanks for the help anyway :)
Make sure you are running the most recent version of iTunes and that your cable is known good.
