Hi Everyone looking for some help - maybe this is a bug, I am trying to set the communication Limits my daughter is allowed to communicate with during downtime (her Family)
after I go and select the contacts and come out of the window it shows the number of contacts. when I go back in it has returned to everyone (which is the setting during "During Screen Time"
is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

Thanks for that info and for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If we understand correctly, you are unable to control contacts with Screen Time on your daughter's iPhone. To help with this, please force close the Settings app on her iPhone, restart and make sure that her iPhone is up to date as well:
Force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Update the iOS software on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Did you happen to contact support? I’m seeing this and have tried closing the app and restarting with no success. It still resets to “Everyone” for me as well on 14.1
all iPhone's are running iOS 14.1 (at time of writing this is the latest)
how will force closing the settings app on her phone change the fact that after I set the contacts (form my phone) come out of the window and back in again the settings are not remembered?
