Hey! I can’t download anything on my iPhone because it says “Verification Required” and the other problem is I can’t find iTunes and App Store in my settings. How can I fix that?

What is the source of that message? Might it be a scam to steal your Apple ID and password?
If you have iOS 14 the iTunes & App Store has been moved. Go to Settings/[your name] and tap Media & Purchases.
It might be a newly created apple id, Correct me if I'm wrong.
Apple doesn't require a credit card to install apps, however, you might first need to verify your account by adding a debit or credit card to your account then remove it later. You won't be charged so no need to worry.

If the above was not helpful, click contact apple support at the top right corner of the screen.
If you tap Continue as indicated in the message, what happens? To sign into the Stores, go to Settings><yourname>Media and Purchases.

The thing is I’m already signed into my Apple ID.
Nobody tried stealing my Apple ID.

But you still need a payment method in your iTunes store account. In addition to paying, it is used to verify your identity, country of residence and age. Once the account has been verified you can remove the payment method if you don’t have any subscriptions or apps with in-app purchasing.
