Probably 99% of these posts, when asked to give a symptom ends up in silences from the original poster.

Unless you deliberately reduce your phone's defences by altering the iOS software, a hardware hack is unlikely.

Compromised Apple ID and accounts are far more common and are routinely mislabelled as iPhone hacks, when they really aren't.

List your symptoms....

I'll bite on this one. But first, can you tell me what makes you believe that your iPhone has been hacked? A few examples of what you are seeing on your screen will help me better understand your question.
