Transmission data problem

Thank you for your response. After nearly a month from this issue, I am still suffering with the same problem. I am trying to transfer my data from a iPhone X with 64 GB storage to a iPhone 12 pro with 128GB, and I still get this error message. Both of the iPhone have been updated to iOS 14.2. I also have tried to delete data from my old iPhone and reset my setting. Now the data in my iPhone X is abount 45GB, but it still can not be transfered.
