APPLE ID DISABLED DUE TO SECURITY REASON and IPAD IS ACTIVATION LOCKED

I am using IPAD 2 3G from last 10 years but unfortunately now i got notification regarding Activation Lock of my Ipad 2 3G and asking me to feed apple ID and Password and when i am inserting my ID and Password then pop up message comes as "Your Apple ID Disabled".

And when i am login my details on iforget.apple.com i am getting only one option to recover my ID i.e. through mail that has been sent to my icloud email address linked with my ID. and as my Apple ID is Disabled i cant sign in into my icloud mail.

And my Ipad is almost 10 years old and i am sole owner of it but unfortunately i am not having my years old bill with and other documents.

Please help me out of this as Apple Support executives are not able to solve this problem as it is a Vintage Device.
