My iPhone is not backing up and I have it connected to WiFi and power

Can you please help me. My iPhone can is not backing up and hasn’t in two weeks. It’s connected to WiFi and power so I don’t understand why it’s not. I also have unlimited data.

If you can't back up to iCloud or restore from iCloud backup failed - Apple Support
