can we have insurance for lost Apple Watch?

I lost my watch and its been almost two months so at this point I feel like it is long gone. I used the locater but it was offline and I set it as lost on my phone. Not sure what to do here but that watch cost $400 so I need to know I f my apple insurance can cover for a replacement
