Changing control sensitivity of mouse

I barely look at it and the zoom jumps around. Mostly on my Fb games on Safari. HOW do you make this less sensitive??? I've tried everything I've found and nothing makes this stop ~

I've taken the Double-click speed almost all the way down to slow [under System Preferences\Accessability\Pointer Control]

I've unchecked all 3 boxes [System Preferences\Mouse\More Gestures]

I have the Scroll direction: Natural box checked and the Secondary click box checked but no check in the Smart Zoom and tracking speed is about a quarter of the way up from Slow [System Preferences\Mouse\Point & Click]

I really can't say enough how much I hate this mouse. It's the same frustration I have with the new Apple TV box remote... all this new 'let's make every surface sensitive' is only designing for young, extremely agile little fingers. Apple design teams seems pretty clear that once you begin to age they don't care about you anymore.
