I subscribed to Apple Arcade last week to try some cool games, and realized they weren’t my taste. So, I decided to unsubscribed to the service, for which I was charged. Apple says it’s a free service that there isn’t a receipt for it. How can I get a refund?

I have tried the steps in the guide. I was asked to select the receipt of subscription from the list, but mine were free services. So, this didn’t work for me.
Is there anything I can do?
I used a $10 gift card to subscribe to the service. When I tried some features of the service, I wasn’t charged.
