You do need help. Unfortunately, that sort of assistance I cannot supply. You can try calling Apple if you have a telephone by dialing the numbers that correspond to 800-MY-APPLE, or disputing the charge with your financial institution.

Are you in the Republic of Georgia or the state in the United States?

For the Republic of Georgia I have no idea, its not listed as having dedicated support phone number. Here's the number for calling within Russia.

Both are toll free if dialed inside of their respective countries. Otherwise, you might have to pay international or other fees but that is up only to the phone company.
There is also an app available in the App Store called "Apple Support" that is free and you can use it to get support by chatting with Apple directly in the app.
