please how can i fix an iphone 7 and iphone 8 unable to activate after reset or restoring the devices.

Asking for an Apple ID?
Did you buy them used?
My guess is that it was a stolen device and hacked to bypass activation.
firstly its not asking for an apple id... its clean
secondly my customer bought it used... that is to say it was working and all of a sudden, started saying no service and when i restored that device, it keeps saying unable to activate...
please i need ur help in finding the solution to fix this issues so my customer can be happy...

really... the iphone 8 was working with sim network and all of a sudden, its saying no service... so i reset it only for it to say unable to activate iphone...
