update payment method
I cannot update the payment information as the account was shared by another member under “Family group”. Please help

It sounds like you're attempting to update your payment details for your Apple ID but you're part of a Family Sharing group.
In Family Sharing, purchases are billed to the family organizer and they use their payment details for purchases. They can turn off purchase sharing or they can remove you from the family group so that you can add your own payment method. You can learn more here: Family purchases and payments
