AppleTV Model A1427 - Only option is ETHERNET but won't Connect to my LAN @ home

WiFi is not an option provided by AppleTV device. IP Address is 169.254.36.13 which I believe means can't reach DHCP server.


Ethernet port light on my GB switch is sometimes on but usually off for the port that has the AppleTV attached.


Resetting does not help.


Apple TV Model = A1427,


Apple TV Software = 7.2.2(8015)


I have a second A1427 that works PERFECTLY and have none of these issue.
