I need more storage sonI can download more apps
As I said, you cannot increase the internal device storage of an iPhone nor iPad. Apps have to be downloaded and run from the internal storage and the only way to get more storage is to buy a new device which has more storage.
You cannot change the device physical storage. You’d have to buy a new device with more storage.
I do not want to buy new I just need more storage I can not even insert storage card.
