ios asking which device to use for audio but only iPhone is on line

When placing a call, my iPhone is now asking if I want to use the speaker, iphone, or my Rav4 vehicle. My car is parked in garage and turned off. I went and checked and it is not running nor is ignition nor accessories turned on. The default is Rav4 car. I have to change to audio every time I want to make a call. The bluetooth shows no other devices conected. Something broke in 14.0.1

I did the "forget this device" but my iPhone X sill remembered the Rav4 vehicle. However, rebooting the iphone solved the problem.
