I recently deleted my iphone by accident

In order to get the trade-in value you have to check the box that says delete your "Find My iPhone app" I mistakingly deleted by whole iPhone and it was not backed up to the cloud for some time.

Are my photos permanently gone? or is there some way to get them off my old phone?
