My daughters AirPods keep connecting to my iPhone. How do I stop that from happening?

Are you sharing an Apple ID? If so, they are working how they are designed to work. If that's the case then she needs to have her own Apple ID. If you are not sharing an Apple ID then when they are connected to your phone then go to Settings then Bluetooth, select the "i" next to her AirPods, scroll to the bottom and select Forget This Device.
