Viewing "My Account" and iTunes Store on iTunes for Windows PC (using W10)

I have no problem logging into iTunes or viewing/playing from my library. However, when I select "View / View My Account," absolutely nothing happens. I also can't see anything when I try to connect to the store except a blank screen with "iTunes Store" in the middle. No internet issues. I've tried restarting the computer without any luck. I'm pretty sure this has happened to someone before. Can you help? It's driving me crazy!
