It appears you are having some difficulty with Apple Music after having changed the iTunes Store region associated with your Apple ID.

In order to change that region, there can be no active subscriptions. Did you have a membership and then cancelled in order to change regions or did you sign up for the first time when you were associated with a different region?
Either way, when you changed regions this latest time, it would have involved ending the Apple Music subscription first. The reason you don't see a subscription is that none exists. you would need to sign up as though you were doing it for the first time.
