Why I am not able to update my iPhone 11 to iOS 14 . It is showing update requested since much time but not getting updated
You are attempting to update your iOS version by using a HotSpot / Cellular connection. You will not be able to update by using that method. What you need to do is connect your iPhone to a WiFi Network and then it will begin the update. To be on the safe side, leave your iPhone connected to electrical power as well. Then try updating agian.
