Apple says (You canceled (i didn't) this item on October 29, 2020, and have not been billed for it.)

hello

i tried 3 times to purchase iPhone online

i received cancellation of the order without any notification on the mail

on apple website it showed a message (Canceled, You canceled this item on October 29, 2020, and have not been billed for it. )

any help pleas?
