It looks like I accidentally deleted my iCloud keychain when I was told by Apple Support to log out of my iPhone. Can I load my Keychain from my MacBook Pro to iCloud?

Once deleted from iCloud, then it's permanent.
Are the passwords still available and visible on the Mac?

You could try signing out of the Mac and sign back in if you wish.
Thanks for the help! 4 failed chat attempts with Apple, but you fixed it. I went to my Mac's iCloud setting and it was unchecked. Maybe I've always used the two separately, but now they should be merged I would assume, which should work much better anyway. I may have lost some passwords that I set up on my old phone, but not too many I hope.
It does appear to be gone from my iCloud, but I also have Keychain on my Mac. Is there a way to copy it from my Mac to iCloud?
They're supposed to be connected/synced via iCloud. Try the following -- If iCloud Keychain won't turn on or sync - Apple Support, and if that doesn't help -- https://getsupport.apple.com.
Thanks, I see it now. Very strange that it wouldn’t already be turned on. I just updated my Mac OS yesterday so maybe this is another complicating factor.

I've already read the site and chatted with Support. Support has now referred me to call but I cannot call. I don't see where on the site it says the two are linked. Are you sure the Mac keychain is linked with the iCloud keychain?
Then if it's still available on the Mac, did you enable it on your iPhone via Settings > Name > iCloud > iCloud Keychain?
I don't see how the two are supposed to be connected. I have it turned on on my phone and I had 0 passwords/accounts and now I have 2 because I've since added 2 on my iPhone.
