I didn't think much at the time of setup however I noticed when setting up my health app for my Series 6 AW that it auto-filled my height (or at least I never inputed it).
I've since learned that the 12 Pro can measure height and was curious if perhaps the SE had done the same for me.....as it was an accurate measurement.

You have probably enabled the health app to sync with other activity apps, and one of them knows your height.
Thats is what I suspected however it doesn't answer how my phone knew my height given that I didn't input it.
The phone itself does have a measure function and it does use some form of AR in measuring objects of course it isn't LIDAR per sae (LIDAR is only on the 12 Pro and some ipads).
What specifically does the measure tool use?
Well you would think....the only reason I would question it being the phone itself is purely down to the height being recorded as 5ft 3.36....which incidently is indeed my height.
Whenever I recodr my height anywhere I simply add 5ft 3 I have never written the extra increments anywhere which is what leads me to think perhaps somehow my phone measured it.
Of course I could be wrong but I'm not wrong about how I would manually enter my height....could it be a default number?
