Is there any reduction in the monthly fee as a result of a free one year trial for purchasing an iPad product

If I understand what I think I you are getting at, no there isn’t a reduction in price. You are already getting a reduced fee when you bundle the services so if you still have time left on a free one year Apple TV+ subscription, you would be giving that up when you bundle the services once you decide to sign up for the paid Apple One service.
