Hi I been on my laptop and I notice on the safari that its said ' tracking on my laptop' and I cannot stand it because I think its meant " tracking" on my laptop because I think someone went to my laptop to been hacked and seem like 18 tracking profile from my laptop.

No, there is nothing wrong. It is simply a new security feature to highlight the many, many sites that would normally track your movements on the internet. Apple now prevents those sites from following your internet surfing.
