If I setup my new phone by transferring directly from the old iphone to the new iphone will all my accounts with login and password info be transferred the same as if i did the setup using restore from backup on itunes?

When transferring from your existing device, it's possible to have all accounts and information restore to your new device by using Quick Start. This includes accounts and passwords.

Depending on the type of third-party account, you may be asked to enter the password and confirm the first time you attempt to use it, such as when accessing email.
