My MacBook Pro 16" freezes up when I try to work with 'raw' photos in apple's photo app, and when trying to work in Olympus Workspace, forcing me to force quit to get out of it. I have an Olympus OMD M1-III camera, so RAW is ORF Files.

Does anyone have a solution for converting Olympus ORF files (their version of RAW) into a format easily utilized on the MacBook Pro 2020 version. My software is up to date.

My camera is an Olympus OMD E-M1 Mark III. It does not appear this version (most recent) is supported, by the E-M1 Mark II is on the list. Could this be why I am having problems, and if so, does anyone know when support for this may be added?
