I keep getting the pop-up that I need to update my iOS, but it’s all updated. I used to be a beta tester for ios14, but then I quit it because of getting these pop-up non-stop. I don’t know what to do. I restarted my phone and that didn’t do anything to get rid of it. I want to know how I can get rid of it. Thanks!

After you uninstall the profile you need to restore your phone to factory settings, because the beta version is still installed. Removing the profile just means that you will no longer get beta updates.

You are learning what it means to choose to install beta software. You will have to wait for Apple to fix this bug in the latest beta, or remove yourself from the beta program—>How to uninstall iOS beta software - Apple Support
I already tried doing that and it did not work.
Put the profile back on and update or completely remove the beta as Lawrence suggested.
