I just subscribed to Amazon Prime Video. I have connected a credit card and a debit card to my Apple ID. I want the Prime Video subscription to be paid with the debit card and not the credit card. Is there any way I can change this without removing the credit card from my Apple ID?

All subscriptions made through the iTunes & App Store are charged to whatever the primary card is for your iTunes Store account.
Why are you paying for prime through the apple store?
If you set up payment through amazon instead, you could put whatever card you want on the amazon store. But if you do that, be careful to first cancel the apple subscription - they would be more than happy to charge you twice.
I use my father’s credit card to pay for my 50GB iCloud upgrade. I don’t want to use that credit card, but a debit card for the Amazon subscription. In the Netherlands, where I live, you can only add a credit card to Amazon; hence I’m setting up the payment through the iTunes Store.
