Notifications for Update

So I was a part of the beta program for iOS 14 and I keep getting a notification that pops up telling me to update from the iOS 14 beta. When I go to check my updates, there’s nothing there. This notification shows up every like 10-15 minutes. What am I supposed to do?

You still have the BETA version installed on your iPhone. You may have deleted the BETA Profile however not the update. If you have the BETA profile installed then check for an update. If you do not have the profile then install it again and then update. That will resolve this issue.
