Hello I need your help,the phone of my brother is disabled and it requires to connect to iTunes but the phone can't connect to PC and the home power doesn't work at all ,please help me what can I do

Yeah they very useful but unfortunately the phone is Iphone 6 and his home button doesn’t work
If the home button doesn't work, then you are going to have to get it fixed. There is no way to put the device into Recovery Mode to get it out of being disabled without the home button. Given the cost of having to get the device replaced to repair the home button and the fact it has a low value, you are better of to purchase another phone. If price is an issue, see about a refurbished device.
